The ORAI field: a slow constellation of silver points, breathing, with a single gold star held at its centre.

ORAI OS · macOS

A director sits down. They speak intent. The instrument hears them.

ORAI holds a film as one living organism — script, cast, voices, sound, and generated image in a single body the instrument can read. Not a folder of files. Not a chatbot. An instrument you direct.

01

The Story Clock

The screenplay as a clock. Every scene a tick, acts as sectors, the health of the story at the centre. Read it as picture, or turn it and read it as sound.

02

The Hybrid Ledger

Every scene marked live, generated, or a blend — read from the script's own declarations. A guess never dresses as a decision.

03

The Director

Say what the film is. ORAI plans scenes, cuts and timings that sum exactly to the target length, then boards it frame by frame — approved cell by cell before anything is spent.

One workflow

The film is not a timeline. It is a body, and every part of it knows the others.

A single shot in ORAI carries its plate, its cast reference, its emotional shape and its look through one connected pass. Change the character and every scene they stand in knows. Change the look and the whole film is shot through it.

One shot from ARRIES inside ORAI: a plate, a cast reference and an emotional shape connected through a single pass to the finished frame.

The thesis

African knowledge systems are not decoration on a futuristic tool. They are working architectures the instrument is built from: the griot who recounts a lineage, the ideographic script that encodes relationship rather than sound, the sky read as calendar and compass.

The future end is not chrome. It is disappearance — an instrument that listens and answers until only the intent and the work are left in the room.

The instrument was built to finish one film — ARRIES — The Fifth Nomoli, shot in Sierra Leone, releasing 2027.
